Regarding Samples
- All the samples ordered by the customer would be payable and non-refundable.
Regarding Orders Delivered to Customer

- Slight Variation in Color Shade, Surface Textures and Finish will come in Manufacturing Batches as Compared to Samples Selected while placing order. It is always recommended to visit our Order Policy Section before placing Order.
- If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless it is a result of our error or a defective product from our end as per our damage policy
