Return Policy

Regarding Tile and Natural Stone Samples

All the samples ordered by the customer would be payable and non-refundable.

Regarding Tile and Stone Quantity Orders Delivered to Customer

Goods Once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
Slight Variation in Color Shade, Surface Textures and Finish will come in Manufacturing Batches as Compared to Samples Selected while placing order. It is always recommended to visit our Order Policy Section before placing Order.
Since Tiles and Stone are fragile goods and prone to damage during Transit. Any damaged Tile during transit will not be returned. It is always recommended to order little extra quantity while placing order considering tile and stone as fragile good and always have chances of breakage during transportation.

Refund Policy

If any Refund has been promised by Artimozz against any order placed or against any cancelled order or good returned, that refund will be processed within two weeks as per detail provided to us
