Minor Variations in color, Thickness, shade, surface texture of Custom-made designs, Handmade Tiles, Pottery Glazed Tile, Handprinted/Kiln Fired and Mosaics will be there Because of Natural Handmade process of making Handmade Tile.
Variation in Color and Size and texture in Natural Stone Flooring and Natural Stone Cladding will be there as compared to Sample Display because of natural character of Natural Stone
Minor shade Variation in Regular Ceramic and Vitrified Tile will be there as per lot to lot Batches of Tile Manufacturing.
Images shown on our website is indicative of Color and Surface Texture. It is always suggested to Visit our Physical display center for actual feel of product
We strongly advise all customers to double-check product selection, measurements, quantity, finish, and shade before placing the order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and Confirmed with Our Team, lt cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered under any circumstances. This includes changes related to design, Pattern, quantity and Delivery Period Timelines
Any Change in Delivery Location after Dispatch will not be Acceptable Due to the nature of tile logistics including specialized packaging, space management in vehicles, and transit preparations.
Orders confirmed cannot be cancelled. In the event of order cancellation, customer will have to pay entire order amount plus cancellation charges.
