Damage Policy
Damages can be defined as:
- Greater than 2-3% breakage at the time of shipping and handling as per Nature of Product being fragile. While placing the Order kindly Understand process of packaging and shipment as per your delivery location. If Extra packaging Cost is required for Safely Delivery of Goods in some situation that is to be paid by Customer.
- Damage During Transport Shifting or Transfer of goods to other Vehicle – Please make sure to guide or explain our delivery partner and to our team about any difficulty of transport vehicle reaching at last delivery point due to road connectivity or Vehicle Weight capacity not allowing to reach at last point that is to be decided before placing the Order. In case any shifting or transfer of goods during transportation is required, in that situation Customer will pay for shifting or transfer of goods to next Delivery transportation vehicle and for unloading with further assistance to be provided to transportation partner till delivery of goods. Any Damage during shifting and transfer of goods to next delivery vehicle as explained above and damage during unloading of goods delivery, will not be allowed for exchange or refund.
- Different finish delivered than the original order considering Minor variation lot to lot will be there
- Differences in texture than in the actual product considering Minor variation lot to lot will be there
- Visible damages/ hairline cracks on the body of the product
- Different color delivered than the original order considering Slight shade variation lot to lot will be there
- Different design delivered than the original order
- Visible pores on the body of the tile resulting from any human error in the manufacturing process
- Any other physical issues with the product
Damage Replacement Policy
In case of any damages, kindly notify immediately after receiving the shipment.
Our organization is 100% committed to resolving all genuine damage complaints. All checks are performed before the shipment is loaded till the last checkpoint. we Still understand grievances may occur during the shipping process.
When notified, our team will get back to you at the earliest with the most efficient resolution of the problem. This process may include an inspection conducted by one of our executives with a site visit. Followed by the visit and, based on the evaluated status of the item, a proper course of action can be defined and we will provide the updates.
The following criteria are clear grounds for any replacement request to be declared invalid:
- Manhandling and mistreatment of the original packaging
- Lapsed replacement period and Wear and tear over time
- Color or slight size variation from sample
- Mishandling during installation or Grouting errors or Damages resulting from substandard installation practices
Batch Variation in Tiles and Stones Size and Color
- Batch variation refers to the variations in the colors and tones of the tiles. This is completely natural in the manufacturing process of Tile and Stones.
