Dispatch, Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our organization is 100% committed to resolving all genuine damage complaints. While meticulous checks are performed before the shipment is loaded till the last checkpoint.
- 1 or 2 days’ time period is required for dispatch once order is ready and after receiving the full payment.
- No Deliveries will be made from Showroom or Display Center unless requested and mutual decided between our team and customer.
- Gst (Sales Tax) will be extra and Special Packing, Insurance and Transportation charges will be extra.
- Delivery will be made only after receipt of Full Payment and Realization of Cheque Payments
- Delivery will be made Ex Artimozz godown only. Local Delivery or PAN India Delivery cartage extra as per actual
- Cheques/Drafts to be made in the name of ‘Artimozz’.
- Part shipments of the order are allowed only after Our Team and Customer agreement
- The delivery period will be considered from date of receipt of Full payment.
- The shipment will be considered abandoned property if refused at the time of delivery, or delays in transportation because of unforeseen circumstances.
- A 2–3% breakage in tile orders is considered as per industry standards and fragile nature of ceramic, vitrified, and natural stone products during shipping and handling. This breakage can be utilized for Filling Corners cuts or Filling edge pieces during installation.
- Damage During Transport Shifting or Transfer of goods to other Vehicle – Please make sure to guide or explain our delivery partner and to our team about any difficulty of transport vehicle reaching at last delivery point due to road connectivity or Vehicle Weight capacity not allowing to reach at last point that is to be decided before placing the Order. In case any shifting or transfer of goods during transportation is required, in that situation Customer will pay for shifting or transfer of goods to next Delivery transportation vehicle and for unloading with further assistance to be provided to transportation partner till delivery of goods. Any Damage during shifting and transfer of goods to next delivery vehicle as explained above and damage during unloading of goods delivery, will not be allowed for exchange or refund.
